1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by Talking Tides Brew Co Ltd to customers
purchasing via our website or other sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be legally
bound by these Terms.
Age Restriction
Alcoholic products are sold strictly in accordance with UK law. Customers must be aged 18 or over.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse sale or delivery where age
verification fails.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Orders will not be dispatched until
payment is received in full.
Delivery
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. If no
person aged 18+ is available, re-delivery charges may apply.
Cancellation & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may cancel within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be unopened and returned within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds are processed
within 14 days of receiving returned goods and do not include Postage and Packaging.
Faulty GoodsUnder the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality.
Customers should report damage within 48 hours of receipt.

We may collect name, address, email, phone number, payment details (via secure processors), IP
address, and order history.
How We Use Data
Data is used to process orders, verify age, deliver goods, respond to enquiries, send marketing
(with consent), and comply with legal obligations.

We may share data with payment processors, couriers, IT providers, and legal authorities where
required. We do not sell personal data.
Your Rights
Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of their data
under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. DELIVERY POLICY FOR ALCOHOLIC GOODS
(UK)
Licensing Compliance
All alcohol sales comply with the Licensing Act 2003 and are authorised where required by a
Designated Premises Supervisor.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only unless otherwise agreed.Age Verification on Delivery
Couriers will require valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card). Delivery will be
refused if age cannot be verified.
Failed Delivery & Damage
If delivery fails due to age verification issues, re-delivery charges may apply. Damage must be
reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
